A wonderful session for those of you who wish to relax deeply and unwind while remaining fully clothed, this modality engages the fluids that surround the brain and spinal chord to communicate with the entire body.  This may allow old emotional patterns to clear, and bring you to a state of great balance and clarity.  This amazing and most relaxing session must be experienced to be understood.

Hot Rock Massage
Stone Therapy is an ancient use of heated rocks placed on the body to heal.  I begin the session with a great massage using essential oils,and glide the warm rocks over your body.  This massage feels as if your muscles are "melting as smooth butter".  Then the rocks are gently placed on your body to pull away accumulations of toxic stress.   90 Minutes     $125.00
 
Detox Foot Bath with Reflexology
This session enhances your body's detoxification process.  During the treatment, cells of your body will release waste into the lymphatic system, stimulating the natural elimination process.  The water is interesting to watch, as in most times it changes color.  You may experience  more energy, and a sense of well-being.  Stimulating the points of the bottoms of the feet with essential oils is a great way to invigorate and restore total health.

One Hour Massage
If you would like to enjoy a great one hour massage to relax and then climb off to one of Sedona's wonder spots, this is your massage at a great deal.  One hour is only $80 and you may wish to add  a half hour of cranio-sacral for an additional $30.

Couples Massage
If two of you would enjoy getting a great massage at the same time, another therapist and I will be happy to provide this service at a price of $200 for two 60 minute sessions. (24 hour notice is requested)

Transformational Lymphatic Massage
This is a very powerful session working with the blockages in the lymph that affect your body, spirit and mind.  I use a hand held jade or water buffalo tool to drain and re-energize the lymphatic system.

 The system of Reiki is a formal system of healing that uses specific symbols, hand positions, philosophies, and techniques to work with ancient energies that use universal life force.  It is very relaxing and calming to the nervous system and is done while you are fully clothed and laying down.
