The One Day Retreat packages are customized to fit your individual needs. Each person is unique, and interests vary.  Most of my one day retreats begin by meeting together at my great West Sedona location and traveling by car to enjoy some sight seeing with photo opportunities.  A bit of hiking, meditation and/or ceremony in the vortex is powerful, and a great lunch is always enjoyed, which is included in the price.  Spa services, readings or shopping can follow, or more time in the Red Rocks as you wish.  I have lived in Sedona for over 11 years and know many of the stores and restaurants, hiking trails, energy spots and local merchants.

For those who wish to enjoy a great massage to compliment your stay in Sedona, please consider my signature massage, the Sedona Intuitive Massage which is described in detail in my "Services" page.  Each session is unique and very meaningful.
